Alkyl Polyglucosides (APG)

Alkyl Polyglucosides (APG) are a new generation of environmentally friendly, non-ionic surfactants derived from renewable plant resources (glucose from corn and fatty alcohols from coconut oil). They are fully biodegradable and gentle on the skin. APG exhibits excellent detergency, high foaming power, and exceptional wetting properties. A unique feature of APG is its stability in highly alkaline and high-electrolyte environments, making it ideal for industrial hard surface cleaners. APG 0810 (Decyl Glucoside) provides rich foam, while APG 0814 (Coco Glucoside) offers viscosity building and mildness. These surfactants are widely used in eco-friendly dishwashing liquids, organic shampoos, and fruit/vegetable cleaners. They also function synergistically to enhance the performance of other surfactants. APG is the top choice for 'Green Label' product formulations.
